Andes Mountains

We took a boat tour around the Beagle Channel in Tierra Del Fuego. We arrived at the Penguin Rookery as the sun was just beginning to cast its late-afternoon glow on the Andes Mountains and the clouds above them. Before I visited this island, I always thought that penguins lived in cold rocky places, on the contrary, this island is lush with grass, flowers, and miniature trees that give the penguins shade.
