Shanghai to Yangshuo Guilin china by train

I want to book some train tickets for while I am out in China travelling in August/September.

what is the available trains, the prices and possible be able to book them?

Primarily I need a train for:
Shanghai to Yangshuo
and
Yangshuo to Hong Kong
there is no train to Yangshuo. The best is to go to Guilin by train,the ticket from shanghai to guilin will cost 500 CNY in sleeper trains, then you take a bus or taxi to Yangshuo.
If you want to book a Chinese train in advance from outside China, you can do this with several agencies

The minibus to Yangshuo cost only 10 to 15 CNY and takes about 1.5 hour.the taxi will be 200 CNY, You can take a direct bus or you can also take the bus to Lipu from the Guilin South Bus Station. You can also take a bus to Yangshuo directly at the train station, but they make very frequent stops on the way and it will take you hours to get there.
